1. No Return Policy
As we provide decoration services and not physical products, returns are not applicable once the setup is completed.
2. Advance Payment
The advance amount paid during booking is non-refundable as it covers material preparation and booking confirmation.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking:
• More than 24 hours before event – Partial adjustment may be considered
• Less than 24 hours – No refund will be provided
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
• If we fail to provide the service
• Major issues caused from our side
5. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be provided in case of:
• Change of mind after booking
• Delay caused by customer (late entry, permissions, etc.)
• Minor design differences (as decoration is handmade/customized)
